What to Include in Your Email

City, county or state where they were arrested or last known to be held.
Helps narrow down results significantly when a name is common.
Even a rough timeframe is helpful -- month and year is fine.
If you know whether they are in a federal prison, state DOC or county jail, include that. If you are unsure, just say so.
