Chittagong District Jail

Dhaka Central Jail (Keraniganj Prison)

Bangladesh's largest prison located at Keraniganj south of Dhaka. Replaced the old Dhaka Central Jail on the site of what is now the Supreme Court complex. Severely overcrowded holding far more than its official capacity. Houses condemned prisoners on death row as well as long-term sentenced inmates.
